Bellfires® BSV Fireplace side flares are cut to length on the job site. They are carefully insulated with Cera Foil insulation, joint buttered with Super Cement, and placed into the firebox.

Hearth floors are usually two pieces. The rear is placed on a Cera Foil insulation pad. Measurements are taken to cut the front hearth floor section. It is usually easiest to create a template from cardboard. These dimensions are laid onto the refractory hearth piece and scribed to allow for proper cuts. The front hearth piece is placed into the firebox.
