Any merchandise to be returned must be authorized by Sleepy Hollow prior to a Return Authorization, within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the merchandise. All return goods are subject to a restocking charge of 15%. All transportation costs must be prepaid. Super Flex®, used or discontinued items, and any custom-built items cannot be returned for Credit.
